Exchanges and Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something didn't turn out as expected, it's easy to resolve:
Deadline
- 7 calendar days after receipt for cancellation (CDC, Art. 49);
- 30 days for manufacturing defects.
How to File a Claim
- Go to My Account → My Orders;
- Select the order and the item;
- Choose “Exchange” or “Return” and follow the shipping instructions.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method within 10 business days after we receive the product.
